Environmental Statement

We recognise that our business activities have an impact on the environment and climate. As a responsible business we have introduced some simple measures to reduce our emissions and to source responsibly produced consumables.

Our building related consultancy services take us all over the United Kingdom and the use of cars to complete these journeys is largely unavoidable. So we have taken the decision to offset our carbon emissions for the year and in addition have done the same for our office energy consumption. We have done this with a company who use the offset to fund sustainable, ethical and responsible projects around the world. We encourage our suppliers and clients to take a similar approach with your business.

Our primary deliverable to our clients is a written report and as a consequence we consume a significant amount of paper. This year we have changed to FSC accredited paper, where all the wood used in its manufacture can be traced back to managed forestry accredited by the FSC.

Whilst these represent only small changes for us, we hope that by demonstrating that environmentally sustainable solutions can be readily achievable, then maybe other companies, our clients or our suppliers may follow suit and help to make a much bigger difference to the world we all share.
